Battery voltage and current draw monitor

Ok so this one i forgot to document during the build process to need to retrace my steps. 

parts:

• voltage divider; 10,000 / 2500 will get us down from 15 to 3 volts 
• simple display to show current and voltage
• current sensor
• esp32
